2. Description of Service

YourWall is a lightweight public posting and following platform that allows users to share short text updates and embedded images.

3. User Accounts

• Accounts are created via third-party OAuth providers (Google, GitHub).
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must safeguard your account credentials.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting content on YourWall, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, harassing, or threatening.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising.

YourWall reserves the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

5. External Image Embeds Disclaimer

YourWall does not host images directly. User posts may contain embedded images from third-party URLs. These third-party hosts may collect data (such as IP addresses) when content is loaded. YourWall is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures.
• Scrape or collect user data without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, particularly for violations of these Terms or our policies.

8. Account Deletion

You may request to delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile and association with your content will be removed. Note that due to caching or backups, some data may persist for a limited time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourWall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by updating the date at the top of these Terms). Your continued use of the service confirms your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
